It’s crazy what a difference a few months can make. Since July I’ve lost about 75 pounds and have gained so so much. I’m happier, and I’m so much healthier. This revision got rid of my reflux and helped me reprioritize healthy choices in my life. Not only with food, but also with exercise, mental health, and the relationships in my life. Of course, we are all a work in progress. I’m not perfect and have lots of work left to do, but I’m pretty damn awesome.
